Itinerary

Day 1: Istanbul

Welcome to Turkey! On your arrival to the Istanbul Airport in Istanbul, Shahmat Travel representative will welcome you at the exit gate inside of the international terminal where you will see M-55 written on a board. Then you will be transferred to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the time in the city.

Day 2 : Istanbul Walking Old City Tour
After the breakfast,
Our guide will pick you up from the lobby to start for the Old city walking tour.
Today you will see important places such as: Haghia Sophia Museum, The famous Blue Mosque and Hippodrome, The Obelisk of Theodosius from Egypt and Serpentine Column from the Temple of Delphi, German Fountain, Topkapi (Sultan’s) Palace and the Grand Covered Bazaar. (All is walking area)
At the end of the tour you will be transferred back to your hotel.
Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 3: North Cappadocia tour 
Early morning pick up from your hotel and transfer to airport to take a flight to Cappadocia.
on your arrival you will be dropped to your agency office and 09:30-10:00am then you will join your tour.you will start your visit by Goreme Panorama with its splendid over Goreme village, land of fairy chimneys. Then you will be fascinated by Open Air Museum, the biggest monastery complex of the region. You will continue with Ortahisar, a typical village with its castle and cave food storages. After you will visit one of the most interesting places, Fairy Chimney valley, Pasabag, with its mushroom like formed rocks. Passing through Imagination valley, Devrent, where you have the impression that animals are petrified in the rocks. You will enjoy your lunch in a restaurant with open buffet variety. End of the day transfer to your hotel and overnight stay in Cappadocia.

Day 4: South Cappadocia tour  
Optional balloon tour available for this morning.
Your guide will take you from your hotel around 09:30-10:00am then you will join your tour.
Your visit start with Uchisar Castle, the biggest fairy chimney used as a fortress by many civilizations. Then be ready to hike about 4km in beautiful Red Valley passing through Rose valley discovering beautiful rock churches, arriving to Cavusin village, one of the ancient settlement of the region with its cave houses.
For lunch you are going to traditional Turkish Restaurant.
In the afternoon you will be amazed by Underground City widest of the regions served many centuries as refuge for the local people and saved early Christians from roman persecution.Then you will visit Pigeon Valley with its lovely pigeons still living in pigeons houses which has a wonderful view over Uchisar Castle. Finally you will drive to Three Beauties Valley with its beautiful view over Urgup town famous with its wine factories.

Day 5: Cappadocia to Antalya via Konya by private car and driver
After breakfast (check out), departure for Antalya, on the way to Antalya we will visit Konya which known as the adopted home of Rumi ( Mevlana ), the Sufic mystic who founded the Whirling Dervish, also Konya used to be one of the most important trading centre on the Silk Road. End of the day arrive in Antalya, check in hotel. Overnight in Antalya.

Day 6 : Antalya
After breakfast, your guide will pick you up to start for full day Perge, Aspendos and Manavgat tour Perge is an important city of ancient Parnphylia, originally settled by the Hittites around 1500 BC. St. Paul visited Perge on his first missionary journey. Next to Aspendos, which bears one of the best preserved Roman theaters in Anatolia. After we will visit one of the best Waterfalls in Antalya region. End of the tour, transfer to your hotel and overnight stay in Antalya.

Day 7: Antalya to Pamukkale
After breakfast free day for you to enjoy Antalya old town, early afternoon pick up from hotel and transfer to bus station and take a bus to Pamukkale (4 hours) after arrive in Pamukkale transfer to hotel and overnight stay.

Day 8 : Pamukkale tour 
After breakfast, you will be picked up for a full day tour of Pamukkale and Hierapolis. Pamukkale, meaning "cotton castle" in Turkish, is a natural site contains hot springs and travertines, terraces of carbonate minerals left by the flowing water with its temperate climate for most of the year. We will also visit the ancient city Hierapolis,a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The hot springs there have been used as a spa since the 2nd century BC, and people came to soothe their ailments, with many of them retiring or dying here. The large necropolis is filled with sarcophagi, including the Sarcophagus of Marcus Aurelius. You will have the chance to swim in Kleopatra Swimming Pool. Lunch in a good turkish restaurant during your excursion.
At the end of the tour, transfer to Kusadasi your hotel and overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 9: Ephesus tour 
After breakfast you will be picked from your hotel around 09:00-09:30 and you will be transferred to full day Ephesus tour.  You will start your visit with one of the 7 wonders of ancient world; Artemis Temple, city ruins of Ephesus as Hadrian TempleCelcius Library, theater, hamams, passing through old harbor path. You will have your lunch in a traditional Turkish restaurant. In the afternoon you will visit House of Virgin Mary where she spent her last 5 years, which is recognized by Vatican as pilgrimage destination for Christians, visited by Pope Leo XII and Benedict XVI.End of the tour transfer to your hotel and overnight stay in Kuşadasi

Day 10: Kuşadasi to Istanbul.
After breakfast free day Kuşadasi to explore the city on your own. According to your flight time transfer to airport to take a flight to Istanbul. after arrival transfer to your hotel and overnight stay at Istanbul.

Day 11 :  Bosphorus Cruise&Dolmabahce Palace
Pick up for a full day excursion of Bosphorus tour where you will se both sides of Istanbul, ottoman palaces and historical buildings.Then you will cros the bosphorus Bridge which connects European continent to Asian continent. The day continues with the visiit of Caml?ca Hill where you have a panaromic view of Bosphorus.You will visit  Palace of Dolmabahce, an important imperial palace along the Bosphorus, richly decorated with  its fascinating facade.
You will have your luch in a good turkish restaurant during your excursion.
Afternoon, you will visit Rustempasa Mosque, elected as the most beautiful mosque of Istanbul in 2008 and very famous Spice Market where you can find all kind of spices and natural medicaments.

Day 12: Istanbul 
After breakfast, free time to discover the city.

Day 13: Istanbul 
After breakfast, transfer to the airport according to your flight.
